POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing care, assess the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in providing nursing services.

This oversight must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, as directed by the Director of Nursing Services or their designee, to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently delivered.

Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols while maintaining established standards of practice as defined by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.



Qualifications:
Must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state of employment.

Must possess a valid CPR certification.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow both verbal and written instructions.

Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directives.

Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in fulfilling job responsibilities.

Ability to observe and implement proper safety and sanitation practices.

Willingness to work scheduled hours based on the demands of the position.

Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience:
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Shifts Required:
Flexible work schedules

Compensation:
$28.00-$33.00 per hour (including a $3/hr Shift Differential for evening shifts)
