Job Summary

An Operations Manager is responsible for driving franchise performance and development in accordance with the Rytech Operations Manual. This role involves facilitating relationships between insureds and TPA/carrier partners, ensuring compliance with the Operations Manual and Fair Association.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support franchise relationships, monitoring performance and improving towards Service Level Agreements.
  • Conduct quarterly site inspections, ensuring franchise operations align with the Ops. Manual and Fair Association.
  • Provide feedback and training to technicians, ensuring they meet certification requirements.
  • MEDIATE disputes between insureds, insurers, and contractors, engaging the Franchise Support Center when necessary.
  • Lead weekly meetings to facilitate training and convey information to technicians.
  • Monitor MICA Exchange daily, ensuring projects are properly handed by the franchise.
  • Assist technicians in the field and support local marketing efforts to grow the business.
  • Review estimates, dispatch assignments, and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Mitigation/Remediation estimating and scoping experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of Mitigation/Remediation experience preferred.
  • Residential and/or commercial construction experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in the field, perform physical tasks, and travel for CAT events, training, or regional meetings (5-10% of the time).
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MICA.
  • Certifications required (minimum of 90 days after onboarding): Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (recommended).
