About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Executive is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for driving client retention and growth through strategic account management and the introduction of new products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of Gartner's products and services, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective, enterprise-wide strategies that maximize value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account management with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction and driving retention and growth
  2. Quota responsibility of $800,000+ of contract value within a designated territory of major client accounts
  3. Mastery and consistent execution of Gartner's sales methodology
  4. Account planning and territory management
  5. Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  6. Maintaining competitive knowledge and focus
  7. In-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services
Requirements
  1. 6-10 years of experience with proven consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with evidence of prior success in Sales
  2. Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  3. Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
  4. Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  5. Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
  6. Bachelor's or Master's degree desired
