About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Field Sales Operations organization at Workday. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and developing strategic relationships with Large Enterprise prospects.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives, and maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve quota.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand the strategic competitive landscape of the industry and position Workday solutions effectively within accounts.
