Sales and Customer Service
In this role, you will:

  • Align decisions with organizational objectives and values.

  • Address customer needs with solution-oriented thinking.

  • Manage multiple customers effectively and follow up to close sales.
  • Enhance product knowledge and stay updated on current collections.
  • Understand competitive landscape to build sales and customer relationships.

Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred, with knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile devices.
Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively, maneuver throughout the store, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Schedule: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
