COMPENSATION:
$20.42-$22.42 per hour (dependent on experience)

WORK SCHEDULE:
Thursday to Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Retail Merchandising Specialist position is an excellent entry point into our company, offering a solid foundation for your career development.

This role is just the beginning; your journey with Anheuser-Busch starts here. Our merchandising team engages consumers by effectively displaying our globally recognized brands on store shelves.

A successful Retail Merchandising Specialist is enthusiastic about our brands, takes responsibility for ensuring our products are showcased optimally, and drives sales through effective market execution.

The work schedule may vary weekly based on operational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain product displays for Anheuser-Busch.
  • Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at assigned accounts.
  • Transport products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck).
  • Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail locations.
  • Assist in the daily upkeep of the POS Warehouse.
  • Manage account stockroom by organizing and consolidating backstock.
  • Identify, monitor, and report backstock inventory levels.
  • Properly secure damaged or defective products.
  • Follow procedures for managing out-of-stock situations at retail accounts.
  • Complete daily paperwork and ensure all company documents are accurately filled out.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs.
• Must fulfill all physical job requirements
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass a post-offer background and drug check
