Job Overview

USALCO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all site safety rules and procedures are followed
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Coordinate with transportation companies for freight pickup
  • Process driver payroll and required reporting
  • Organize and process miscellaneous paperwork
  • Order office supplies and materials
  • Provide temporary coverage for other roles within the office
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with PaperSave and Aptean Ross preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and company processes
  • Routinely sit for 80-90% of the shift
  • Be flexible with work hours to meet demands of the position
