Job Summary

The Site Administrator role at USALCO is a dynamic position that requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of the site. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, maintaining a safe and quality-focused work environment, and providing exceptional support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with site safety rules, work guidelines, and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Manage office equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Safety Data Sheets
  • Coordinate with transportation companies and process driver payroll and reporting
  • Assist with processing invoices, reconciling petty cash, and ordering office supplies
  • Provide temporary coverage for other roles within the office departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • AA degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with PaperSave and Aptean Ross (preferred)
Essential Functions
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and company processes
  • Routinely sit for 80-90% of the shift
  • Be flexible with work hours to meet demands of the position
