Job Summary

The Site Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, while also providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the site team, including answering phones, sorting mail, and maintaining office equipment
  • Prepare shipping packages and communicate with transportation companies
  • Assist with processing driver payroll and required reporting
  • Organize and process miscellaneous paperwork to ensure compliance with all guidelines and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • AA degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams
Working Conditions

The Site Administrator will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality. The individual must be able to maintain confidentiality of personnel information and company processes and strategies.
