Job Summary:

The Corporate Partnership Sales Coordinator is a key role at the Hall of Fame Village, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This position will work closely with the Corporate Partnership Team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and secure new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience for sales prospects, including campus tours and digital board welcoming.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Assist in building sponsorship proposals for prospective partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and entire organization.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters.
  • Proven ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, inside and outside.
  • Ability to move safely over uneven terrain, steps, or in construction zones.
  • Ability to see and respond to hazardous situations.
  • Ability to sit, stand, squat, and walk for periods of time as required for the position.
  • Must be able to hear, see, and speak.
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and retain information.
  • Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.
