This role is responsible for providing critical support to the Sales Department. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales team to resolve sales-related issues, enter new orders, track orders, and investigate customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Harvest, post, and enter sales orders, maintaining accurate records in our system.
- Coordinate product allocation, verify invoice pricing, and confirm order shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Research and reconcile customer/sales team claims and account information to resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer credits, deductions, pricing issues, and other sales-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Accounts Payable, to ensure seamless processing of credits and deductions.
- Develop an understanding of customer and business needs to suggest improvements and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Previous customer service experience, including data entry and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills.
- Able to work well under minimal supervision and handle a high volume of emails.
