Key Responsibilities:- Possess advanced skills in areas such as carpentry, painting, electrical work, and plumbing.
- Execute a variety of complex technical tasks while continuously enhancing skills to adapt to evolving job requirements.
- Conduct on-site evaluations of new constructions, modifications, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proficiently handling hazardous materials.
- Establish effective Preventative Maintenance protocols to safeguard club assets and minimize repair and maintenance expenses.
- Demonstrate the ability to instruct, manage, and implement general work guidelines while adhering to completion timelines.
- Experience in Pool Operations is highly advantageous.
- Availability to work during weekends and holidays is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, though not mandatory.
- Additional responsibilities may include general cleaning and housekeeping tasks, which will be assigned to a designated staff member after successful training.
- Operate independently within broad organizational frameworks to achieve objectives, manage departmental functions, and oversee project budgets.
- Engage in significant physical activities including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and other movements relevant to job tasks.
- The role typically involves 10% sitting, 40% walking, and 50% standing, with most tasks performed under varying temperature conditions and potential exposure to risks.
- Collaborate with the Clubhouse Manager to create all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and monitor the scope of work and timelines for outsourced projects.
Mariner Sands Country Club is a private, gated community characterized by its friendly residents, beautiful residences, and lush landscapes on Florida's Treasure Coast. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Compensation will be determined based on experience.
