As a Resident Transition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition for new residents joining our community. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating the move-in process and enhancing the overall experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Guide incoming residents through every aspect of their transition and relocation to our property.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by participating in property tours, addressing phone inquiries, organizing community events, and engaging in outreach activities as required.
- Assist in the sales process by working with prospective residents and generating relevant reports.
- Oversee the refurbishment, cleaning, and inspection of units following move-outs and prior to new residents moving in.
- Relay any special needs or requirements of incoming residents to the appropriate departments.
- No prior experience is necessary; however, previous sales experience is advantageous.
- You possess a keen attention to detail and take pride in ensuring accuracy in your work.
- Your outgoing personality enables you to effectively communicate with colleagues across various departments, as well as with prospective residents and their families.
