GSC Responsibilities:
- Safety - Ensure customer safety throughout their experience in the facility.
- Sales - Engage with guests to recommend and sell experiences that enhance their visit.
- Service - Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor to excite customers about their experience.
- Service - Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Additional Duties - Assist with merchandise stocking, facility maintenance, operating equipment, processing refunds, and participating in promotional content creation as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Outstanding sales and customer service skills.
- Confidence in both phone and in-person communication.
