Service Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Bartender to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Service Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting bartenders, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support bartenders with craft beverages and prepping bar syrups and stocking
  • Ensure every order is delivered 100% correct
  • Run beverage and food to bar guests, supporting bartenders using position points to ensure proper delivery
  • Maintain a clean station stocked to Silver Diner standards
  • Complete all assigned side work
  • Work as part of a team, communicating clearly and constructively
Requirements:
  • Reasonable English communication skills
  • Physically fit to be able to withstand long periods of time on their feet
  • Able to multi-task
  • Overall appearance reflective of the Brand
  • Contagiously friendly, outgoing, and energetic
  • Sense of urgency
  • Exceptional aptitude for Guest Hospitality
  • Able to think and act quickly while maintaining self-composure
  • Organized
