Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing EHS programs and procedures, managing EHS training, and coordinating corrective action programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute EHS programs and procedures to meet enterprise and business unit EHS objectives and targets.
  • Manage EHS training programs for applicable EHS training required across the business unit.
  • Coordinate corrective action programs, including EHS audits, regulatory inspections, industrial accidents, customer EHS audits, and other assessments that identify EHS issues that require corrective action.
  • Manage resource conservation programs, including energy use and greenhouse gas emissions, water use, and waste generated from production.
  • Support awareness and integration of EHS into other functional areas, such as Lean, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales, Service, and Innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in health and safety management or related field.
  • 3+ years of applicable EHS experience.
  • Applied safety management experience in an industrial work environment.
  • Good working knowledge of EHS regulations.
  • Experience with resource conservation and energy efficiency.
  • Credentials and certifications are strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence people at all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing change.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret applicable EHS requirements and translate them into the business language for clear understanding by the business unit leaders and team members.
Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 yearly; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
