Bellisio Foods is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee programs
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and AQMD regulations
  • Ensure safety programs are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement accident and loss prevention systems and programs
  • Identify loss-producing conditions and practices, and recommend corrective action
  • Coordinate safety activities with managers, supervisors, and workers
  • Assist clients with compliance issues

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in environmental health and safety
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Keynote
