Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Representative to join our team at UBS Arena. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and memorable experience for all guests. This role requires a positive attitude, a team-driven mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests
  • Provide concise directions and assistance to guests
  • Work in outdoor conditions and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Aid in orderly ingress and egress
  • Assist guests with disabilities and provide reasonable accommodations
  • Assist with crowd control measures and manage access to premium levels
  • Complete incident reports and communicate safety and security measures
  • Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences for guests
  • Manage elevator capacity and provide exceptional guest services
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns
  • Scan in tickets and utilize electronic devices
  • Understand and adhere to safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in a customer service-based industry
  • Experience in a sport, entertainment, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to complete all required training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work with the public and have interpersonal and communications skills
