The Opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a skilled Suites Supervisor to join our team at UBS Arena. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient food service and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with training and development of suite team members
  • Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Supervise runners and suite attendants to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Greet guests and ensure suites are set up according to their preferences
  • Oversee suite operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Complete check-out assignments, including clearing food, locking fridges and liquor cabinets, and cleaning suites

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
  • Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
