Role Summary


We are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our team at Belmont Park Village, where you will deliver world-class hospitality and service to our discerning guests.


About the Role


As a Concierge, you will be the face of our luxury brand, providing personalized service and exceeding guest expectations. Your primary focus will be on creating memorable experiences for our guests, from arranging travel arrangements to providing expert recommendations on our exclusive services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Assist guests with their travel arrangements, including booking live entertainment, sightseeing tours, cinema tickets, and restaurant reservations.
  • Inform guests of brand promotions, unique activations, and our exclusive services, such as valet parking and baggage drop.
  • Proactively provide feedback and suggestions on the delivery of hospitality or our services, with the enhancement of the guest experience always top of mind.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A proven track record of exemplary success in hospitality, premium customer/service or tourism.
  • A high level of cultural sensitivity to guests from various international backgrounds and cultures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with both guests and colleagues with impact and influence.
  • Fluency in English; any additional languages would be beneficial.
  • The ability to prioritize and adapt to change fluidly.
