About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sous Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document and communicate daily kitchen requirements to the Head Chef
  • Clean and maintain the food preparation area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Deliver ingredients to the food preparation area as needed
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and specifications
  • Train new kitchen staff on our restaurant's standards and regulations
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor the kitchen area and staff to ensure sanitation standards are maintained
  • Verify the freshness and quality of all food products
Requirements
  • Recent college graduates with a degree in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales
  • Relevant coursework or work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
