Position Overview: A reputable organization is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance their operational efficiency. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless experience for clients and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a significant volume of correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, while processing sales orders efficiently.
  • Facilitate the order fulfillment process for products requested by clients.
  • Input orders into the system, verify stock availability, generate shipping documentation, and assess customer creditworthiness.
  • Ensure the precision of orders by reviewing details and compiling necessary supplementary documentation.
  • Prepare and manage billing processes, including invoicing and issuing credit notes, while supporting the Credit Department with customer payment inquiries.
  • Handle vendor billing, shipping costs, product returns, freight claims, and any necessary billing adjustments.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of product manufacturing as required.
  • Oversee the logistics of shipments to various facilities and clients.
