Position Overview:

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing brand visibility for the Oklahoma Blood Institute. The intern will assist in onboarding initiatives for partners, while also engaging with college-aged individuals at various events. The position involves gathering and relaying user experience insights to inform future software enhancements and communication strategies. Emphasis will be placed on promoting the effective use of technology and services aimed at increasing blood donations and fostering career development in non-traditional fields.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a proactive mindset, eager to collaborate with a creative team dedicated to transforming blood donor recruitment. A foundational understanding of public health is advantageous. This entry-level position offers numerous avenues for growth for a self-driven candidate.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

  • Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador to distribute materials to end users.
  • Contribute to social media content as needed.
  • Help coordinate vendor booth activities for events.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Fulfill assigned responsibilities within the Agent Perks Program.
  • Create presentations upon request.
