As a Virtual Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and guiding clients through the complexities of health insurance enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Assist clients with account management and technical inquiries.
  • Perform data entry for applications.
  • Respond to online chat requests as assigned.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address client needs.
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility.
  • Manage time effectively while multitasking.
  • Engage in extensive self-study and training; progress is contingent upon passing required assessments.
  • Comply with communication regulations across all channels.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong computer skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in customer or technical support.
  • Familiarity with health insurance or the Affordable Care Act.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
