Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at Care Alliance Health Center.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.

This role is responsible for providing critical first contact between patients and our health center, greeting and addressing patient questions and concerns, as well as directing them through the check-in/check-out process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Modifying clinical staff schedules as needed
  • Updating pertinent demographics, guarantor, and insurance information in the Practice Management System/Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
  • Collecting and processing medical records
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients

In addition to strong communication skills, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in patient services, medical records, and EPIC system usage. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
