Care Alliance Seeks Experienced Bi-Lingual Patient Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled and professional Patient Service Representative with experience in processing medical records, fluent in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate will provide critical first contact between patients and our health center, professionally greeting and addressing patient questions, requests for appointments or medical advice. They will direct patients through the check-in/check-out process, collect and update pertinent demographics, guarantor and insurance information in our Practice Management System/Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Responsibilities include modifying clinical staff schedules as needed, working independently with minimal supervision, and possessing excellent organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of Patient Services experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Medical records Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using EPIC
  • Ability to speak, read, write and converse in English and Spanish
  • Well-developed communication/interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm
