Requirements
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Dental industry experience strongly preferred
  • High School education required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
  • Attentive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and work in a timely manner
  • Must be solution-driven, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent follow-up skills, must be empathetic, patient, courteous, and able to anticipate customer needs
