Job Summary:

The Joint Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
  • Process patient transactions, including payments and account management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with marketing and sales efforts, promoting our services and products to patients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and products.
  • Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
