As a Sanitation Services Associate, your primary role will be to ensure that all areas within the healthcare facility are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition, thereby safeguarding individuals from potential health risks.

Success in this position requires a meticulous approach and a strong commitment to safety protocols. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Conduct routine cleaning and organization of designated areas within the facility, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
  • Implement sanitization procedures in various locations, utilizing approved tools and methods tailored to specific environments such as patient rooms, emergency departments, and surgical suites.
  • Replenish necessary supplies in common areas and patient rooms, ensuring that items such as soap, paper products, and linens are adequately stocked.
  • Acquire knowledge of and adhere to proper disposal methods for medical waste, including biohazardous materials.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor in all interactions with patients, visitors, and staff members.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
  • Proficient communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
