A leading Revenue Cycle Management company, Medix, is seeking an experienced Patient Access Representative to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity with equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to a high volume of incoming calls from patients.
  • Explain billing statements and provide clarification on billing disputes.
  • Assist patients with setting up payment plans and collect payments over the phone.
  • Explain financial responsibility to patients.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency.
  • Healthcare call center experience.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A quiet, dedicated work-from-home environment with strong internet connectivity.
Additional Skills:
  • Explanation of Benefits experience.
  • Primary vs. Secondary Insurance Knowledge.
