HVAC Sales Representative

R.E. Michel Company LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in Lafayette, IN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales excellence by achieving sales targets, gross profit goals, and assigned objectives.
- Build customer relationships by offering unparalleled representation and assistance, ultimately enhancing their profitability.
- Strategic planning to prepare for each sales call, ensuring a proactive approach and stellar execution.
- Prompt customer service by responding swiftly and comprehensively to customer inquiries.
- Industry involvement by actively participating in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events.
- HVAC knowledge and familiarity with HVAC and supplies is highly preferred.
- Skills and abilities, including outstanding organizational skills, interpersonal finesse, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Drive and independence, thriving both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- Clean driving record and proof of automotive insurance.
