Job Description

Visa is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Manager to join our Corporate ITs Employee Experience Lifecycle Team (EELT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in IT service delivery, promoting a service culture that puts the employee experience first, and continually improving our services to meet the changing needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic oversight across all employee-facing technology services, simplifying, optimizing, automating, and promoting visibility to maximize the value of IT services.
  • Develop and execute organized improvement plans, promoting a service culture that puts the employee experience first.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships throughout the organization, facilitating transparency, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage services beyond go-live, throughout their entire lifecycle, influencing strategic and tactical decisions as a customer advocate.
  • Create and optimize sustainable processes, promoting across multiple functions, and leveraging data, metrics, and trends to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • 3-5 years project leadership experience.
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate Certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
