Job Title: IT Service Manager

Visa is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team. As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to our employees and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and business partners to co-create value across the organization.
  • Drive excellence by providing holistic oversight across all employee-facing technology services.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate transparency, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage services beyond go-live, throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Influence strategic and tactical decisions as a customer advocate.
  • Create and optimize sustainable processes, and promote across multiple functions.
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction and lead in ambiguous high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with ITIL Foundation or Intermediate Certification and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
