About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Annual Reports Preparation & File team, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service and solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Research, analyze, and process legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide timely and effective support to internal and external customers via phone, email, or other electronic means
  • Manage client portfolios and workflow to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Enter client data, file documents, and retrieve information with precision and efficiency
  • Navigate multiple databases to access and update client information
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing outstanding service and recommending relevant solutions
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service or administrative roles
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to resolve complex issues
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Flexibility and adaptability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions to improve service delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel, with experience in Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
