About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Insurance Business Development to join our team at GBS - Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing insurance business development activities and servicing our existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth in a specific geographic region(s)/segments/specialty lines of business.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in insurance sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of previous professional related sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
