This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a 4-day work week and full benefits. We're currently hiring in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, TX, UT, VA, and WA.

About the Role

You'll be the voice of Mission Lane, communicating with customers who have fallen behind on their credit card payments. Your goal will be to help them improve their financial health by negotiating payment or settlement plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via live phone calls in a virtual call center environment
  • Negotiate payment or settlement plans with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in any industry
  • Sales experience and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in software applications
