Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Administrator will assist with various HR-related tasks, including talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual to gain experience in HR and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous HR experience or internship preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
