Commercial HVAC Business Development Opportunity

2020 Search Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the commercial HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial HVAC industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
