Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Title One Agency, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and lead our sales efforts in the Columbus Market.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. They will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the Operations Title Team in the Columbus Market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in title examination and protection within the real estate title industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales transactions and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, with familiarity with CRM software a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Physical/Mental/Professional Demands:
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain its confidentiality.
  • Maintain a personal credit score rating of at least 700.
  • Maintain a clear background check, including no convictions or charges of any felony and no misdemeanor convictions for threat, fraud, or any similar crimes.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.
