Regional Sales Manager

Overview
PNC Investments is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Dublin, OH. As a key member of our Investment Division, you will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisors and sales support staff to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
- Oversee the execution of strategy and lead and coordinate the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management activities.
- Achieve business results, attract new customers and/or grow existing customer relationships by coaching and managing to defined strategies and tactics.
- Develop and oversee the execution of account and sales plans.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
- Actively identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
- Manage effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
- Focus on bringing the full range of PNC's products and services to the client.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
- Develop team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.
- Motivate and develop staff, including acquiring top talent and managing performance-based issues.
- Effectively plan, organize, direct, analyze and evaluate staff and processes.
- Connect strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis.
Requirements
- University / college degree.
- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
- Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
- At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Certifications
- FINRA Series 7, 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65) required.
