About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Cybersecurity team at Lululemon Athletica. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of our Cybersecurity Cyber Enablement Services program, ensuring the successful implementation of our cybersecurity strategy and the protection of our guests' and employees' sensitive information.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects and programs across various functions within Lululemon, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage a team of Project Managers, Analysts, and Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders, architecture, and portfolio teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and development strategies to prevent realization of risks and ensure transparency to stakeholders.
  • Manage program budget, resource allocation, and vendor management, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technology or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in project management and 2-3 years in program management.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic path and delivery of multiple portfolio management capabilities, including onboarding, recruiting, vendor management, capacity management, dependency management, resource management, and annual planning process.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority.
  • Passion for problem-solving and ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
  • Proven experience managing budget of >$1M capex annually or size of initiative, along with experience in forecasting.
