About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Cybersecurity team at Lululemon Athletica. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of our Cybersecurity Cyber Enablement Services program, ensuring timely and successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of multiple projects and initiatives across the Cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, technology teams, and architecture groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technology or a related field, with a strong background in project management and program management.
  • Proven experience in leading multiple projects and initiatives, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and North America.
