About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Manager to join our Cybersecurity Services team at Lululemon Athletica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives that require cybersecurity outcomes, support, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives to determine the impact and/or requirements for cybersecurity controls.
  • Work with business stakeholders and cybersecurity leaders to gain a clear line of sight on strategic initiatives and prioritize enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives portfolio and resource capacity forecasting/planning for cybersecurity services initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CISO, principal architects, engineers, and other technology leaders to understand dependencies and requirements to build and deliver new security capabilities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of combined hands-on leadership, program, portfolio, or project oversight experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of 3+ years of managing complex cybersecurity cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder programs/projects or other activities.
  • Ability to convey ideas, advice, and resolution options to enable business to senior management and staff.
