Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Provide technical and engineered solutions to customers, including pumping solutions and product demonstrations
  • Work closely with inside sales to create and close sales leads
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the industrial products sector
  • Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and understanding of pumping solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
