Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Business Office Withdrawal Clerk to join our team at Pensacola Christian College. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for maintaining student accounts, processing withdrawals and cancellations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process withdrawals and cancellations according to college policies and procedures.
  • Manage textbook accounts, including creating and adjusting accounts as needed.
  • Process residency changes and future-term requests.
  • Communicate with non-active students and update collection agency accounts.
  • Complete Canadian tax forms and provide financial information to students.
  • Work with collection agency reports and apply changes to collection accounts.
  • Write off uncollectible collection agency accounts and mark bankruptcy accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a higher education setting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn department-specific programs.
