Business Office Withdrawal Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Business Office Withdrawal Clerk to join our team at Pensacola Christian College. As a Business Office Withdrawal Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining student accounts, creating and sending itemizations, processing withdrawals and cancellations, and providing financial information.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare itemizations according to withdrawal policies and adjust accounts accordingly.
- Create textbook accounts for students and manually adjust student accounts when they change residency.
- Process requests for financial information, including completing Canadian tax forms and requesting address updates.
- Work with non-active students, processing future term students and collection agency reports.
- Apply changes in addresses and payments for collection accounts and write off uncollectible collection agency accounts.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications and operating office equipment.
- BS in Accounting or Business.
- HS diploma required.
This is a non-exempt position, and the employee will be required to work in a typical office environment.
