Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with business systems analysis
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise-level applications
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Ability to create workflows
  • Ability to travel in CONUS up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree in Business Management, Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience preparing and delivering training requirements
  • Experience with project management, including tools and techniques
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management systems and other business software applications
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, and supply chain and logistics
  • Ability to work effectively with executives and senior management
  • Possession of excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline IAT Level II Certification
