Job Title: Fill-in Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fill-in Commercial Cleaner to join our team at Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services. As a Fill-in Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning job sites that are not being covered and assisting other cleaners with sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean job sites according to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Assist other cleaners with job sites as needed.
  • Direct and coordinate employees to ensure consistent quality cleaning services to our valued customers.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.
  • Opportunity to earn up to an additional $1 per hour with our weekly performance-based bonus.

Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
  • Thorough DMV check and a clear driving history.
  • Background check is mandatory, and a clear record is essential.
  • Smartphone required.
  • Ability to identify and address areas that require cleaning, including dust, dirt, and debris, to maintain our standards of cleanliness.
  • Proficiency in conveying information clearly to groups of employees through verbal or other accessible communication methods.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English to effectively relay information among the team, customers, and office staff.
  • Ability to move between various locations efficiently, using means that ensure timely task completion.
