About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team in the West Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue across our national accounts.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue across national accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10 years of demonstrated sales and marketing experience, including 2 years of National Accounts management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building products industry or ability to learn quickly
  • Strong negotiation and budget management skills
  • Executive level presentation skills
  • Program development and design skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Location
