Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Representative to join our team at ICAN Children's Therapy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients and families receive exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Greet and support families and patients, providing direction and assistance as needed.
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments according to clinic protocol.
- Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and staff, ensuring seamless coordination and care.
- Accurately review and complete intake paperwork, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
- Maintain updated records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collect payments from patients in a genuine, caring, and friendly manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of in-person customer service experience.
- Detail-focused with ability to be patient.
- Proficient with technology.
- Able to communicate professionally, verbally and written.
